Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA)

The CHRA is an assessment that has to be conducted by the employer arising from the use, handling, storage or transportation of chemicals hazardous to health in their workplace as required by the Occupational Safety and Health (Use and Standard of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health) Regulation 2000.

Chemical Exposure Monitoring (CEM)

This is a critical process used to measure and track the levels of hazardous chemicals in workplace environments. It ensures the safety and health of employees by identifying potentially harmful exposures to toxic substances such as solvents, gases, and particulate matter.

Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Inspection

Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) system is an engineering control system whereby capturing the emission at source and transporting it to a safe emission point or to a filter/scrubber. This ventilation system is critical as it able to reduce worker exposure to airborne contaminants (dust, mist, fume, vapour, gas) in the workplace before people breathe them in and protect workers' health.
